We have included information about accommodation and pricing. Space is limited. If you are serious about joining, we request that you commit a non-refundable $1,000 deposit, indicate your lodging preferences, and sign the liability form on the website. If you have participated in a Gateway before, you will be credited $200.
You will arrive on February 20, 2027. (Please fly into Juan Santamaria International Airport IATA code: SJO.) A shuttle will pick you up and bring you to an area hotel where we will all gather and have our welcome dinner. The airport shuttle, hotel stay, dinner and breakfast are included in your registration fee.
On February 21, 2027, we will be picked up by van and brought to Selva Armonia. There you will check into your room and have the afternoon to relax, enjoy a swim and get acquainted with the property.
For Gateway to run, 10 people need to commit by August 1, 2026. If this milestone is not reached, your deposit will be refunded.
