The Gateway: The Journey Begins Where the Familiar Ends

 

The Gateway is an opening. This week-long program will help you embrace your truth, access clarity and direction, and develop tools that will support you at all stages of your journey. As you step through limiting beliefs you activate your greatest potential.

 

Combining the strategic wisdom, tools and methods of Helen Rothberg, this thoughtfully designed program combines physical, spiritual, and mental practices to connect you with your highest self. We will engage in art, workshops, group activity, and self reflection. There is independent time each day for you to rest, explore, and connect with other members of the community.

About Your Stay

We will stay at Selva Armonia. Tucked in the jungle mountains above Uvita, in the Puntarenas province, you will be surrounded by beautiful fauna and flora, with views of the Pacific Ocean.  Designed to embrace you in the heart of nature, you can also enjoy a saltwater pool & hot tub, spa services and lush spaces to rest, create and be.

The Gateway opens in San Jose, Costa Rica

Plan to arrive on February 20, 2027. Fly to Juan Santamaria International Airport IATA (IATA code: SJO).  A shuttle will pick you up and bring you to an area hotel where we will all gather and have our welcome dinner. The airport shuttle, hotel stay, dinner and breakfast are included in your registration fee.


On February 21, 2027, we will be picked up by van and brought to Selva Armonia.  There you will check into your room and have the afternoon to relax, enjoy a swim and get acquainted with the property.

The Journey

The Gateway to Your Highest Potential with Yourself and Others formally opens after dinner at Selva Amonia. Power and potential ignite in these natural elements of water and mountain; we will take them on as a mirror of what lies within us. We hold the opportunity to see what can become.

  • 1 night, dinner and breakfast at Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica
  • 7 nights of accommodation at the beautiful Selva Armonia.
